Privacy Policy
What a caller may share
A person who calls about a leaking ceiling may give a name, a phone number, the city of the property and a description of the damage. That information is used to answer the call and arrange the service the caller asked for.
How call details are used
Details from a call are used to arrange the service discussed, follow up on that service and keep basic business records. Personal information is not sold.
Independent service companies
An independent company that does the work keeps its own job files, contracts and invoices, and its own privacy practices apply to those records.
Cookies and visit data
As on most websites, pages may use cookies and ordinary server logs to count visits and keep pages working. A visitor can block or delete cookies in the browser settings.
Links to other websites
Links to .gov and .edu pages lead to sites with their own privacy practices, which apply once a visitor leaves.
Protecting information
Reasonable steps protect the information collected, yet no method of storing or sending data is completely secure. Callers should never read out card numbers or passwords.
California privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies, California residents may be entitled to learn what personal information is kept about them and to ask for correction or deletion. Questions can be raised by calling (888) 563-9619.
